These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Calder Row website and any order you place with us. Calder Row is a trading name of HE4L LTD (Company No. 16250783), registered in England & Wales. Our store is powered by Shopify. By visiting or using our website, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. Using our site and your account
By using our site you confirm you are at least the age of majority in your place of residence. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping any account credentials secure. You may not use the site for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose, and you may not transfer your account to anyone else.
2. Our products
We work hard to represent our products accurately, but colours and finishes may appear differently depending on your screen and settings. Product descriptions and availability may change at any time without notice, and we may limit quantities or discontinue any item at our discretion.
3. Orders and acceptance
When you place an order you are making an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send confirmation that your order has been dispatched. We may refuse or cancel an order for any reasonable cause, including where an item is unavailable or a pricing error has occurred. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund you in full.
4. Prices and payment
All prices are shown in British pounds (GBP). Calder Row is not currently VAT-registered, so no VAT is charged. Prices and promotions may change without notice, but the price you pay is the one shown at the time you place your order and confirmed in your order confirmation. Payment is taken at the time of order through our secure payment providers. You confirm that you are authorised to use your chosen payment method.
5. Shipping and delivery
Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays outside our control, such as carrier delays. Risk of loss passes to you once your order is delivered. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.
6. Returns and cancellations
Your rights to return or cancel an order are set out in our Return & Refund Policy, in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer.
7. Intellectual property
All content on this site — including text, images, graphics, logos and their arrangement — is owned by HE4L LTD or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may use the site for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, republish or distribute any part of it without our prior written consent.
8. Prohibited use
You agree not to use the site to break any law, infringe anyone's rights, transmit malware, harvest data, or interfere with the security or operation of the site. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are breached.
9. Third-party links
Our site may link to third-party websites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, policies or practices, and accessing them is at your own risk.
10. Relationship with Shopify
Our store is hosted by Shopify, which enables us to provide it to you. Any purchase you make is made directly with Calder Row (HE4L LTD), not with Shopify, and Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of the transaction between you and us.
11. Errors and inaccuracies
Occasionally information on the site may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies — for example in a price, description or availability. We reserve the right to correct these and to change or cancel an order if information was inaccurate, even after it was submitted.
12. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The site and products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything that cannot be excluded under law. Subject to that, our total liability to you is limited to the value of the goods you purchased.

You agree to indemnify HE4L LTD against any claims or losses arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the site.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and any disputes are subject to the courts of England & Wales. This does not remove the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page, and your continued use of the site means you accept any changes.
