Where we ship

Calder Row ships across the United Kingdom.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on every UK order, with no minimum spend.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday), excluding weekends and public holidays. During sale periods or busy times processing may take a little longer, and we'll let you know if so.

Estimated delivery

Once processed, UK orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days. Our order cut-off is 18:00 GMT (Greenwich Mean Time, London). Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays or severe weather.

Tracking

You'll receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking, where available, so you can follow your parcel to your door.

Shipping restrictions

We currently don't ship to PO Box or BFPO addresses. Some items may be subject to carrier or UK regulatory restrictions.

Failed delivery or returned parcels

If a delivery fails because of an incorrect or incomplete address, or a parcel is returned to us undelivered, we'll contact you to arrange re-delivery, which may incur an additional shipping charge.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, or doesn't arrive at all, email support@calderrow.com and we'll work with the carrier to resolve it as quickly as possible.
